Delete your account
Delete your Pebble account in the app, or here in your browser if you no longer have the app. Below: what is deleted, what stays, and how to get the rest removed.
In the app
- Open the Pebble app and go to the ME tab.
- Scroll to the bottom and tap DELETE ACCOUNT, under SIGN OUT.
- Pebble asks "Are you sure?". Tap YES.
Your account is deleted and you are signed out. If the app says "Please sign out and sign in again before deleting your account.", do that, then repeat the steps.
In your browser
No app any more? Delete your account here, without installing anything. It does the same as the button in the app.
Sign in with Google or Apple, the way you sign in to Pebble, to show the account is yours. Nothing is deleted until you confirm.
Signing in connects to Google or Apple and to Firebase Authentication, which Pebble uses for sign-in. Nothing of it loads before you press the button.

Use the same account you use in the Pebble app.

Step 2 · Confirm
Delete account removes, straight away:
- your Pebble sign-in with Google or Apple;
- your account record: your name, email address, profile photo, notification settings and the trip you last opened;
- your access to every trip you are on.
Your place on those trips, and the messages and photos you sent, stay until the trip is deleted. What stays

Account deleted
Your Pebble account is deleted and you are signed out. You can close this page.
Your place on trips is not deleted with it. How to get it removed
Your browser blocked the sign-in window. Allow pop-ups for pebble.world and try again, or sign in in this tab instead.
The sign-in window closed before you finished. Try again when you are ready.
Pebble couldn't reach the server. Check your connection and try again.
This email address belongs to a Pebble account that signs in the other way. Try the other button.
Your sign-in is a few minutes old, and deleting it needs a fresh one. Press Delete account again and sign in once more.
That was a different account. Sign in with the account you are deleting.
Something went wrong. Try again, delete your account in the app, or contact us (see below).
What is deleted
Straight away, whether you delete in the app or here:
- your sign-in: Pebble no longer knows your Google or Apple account;
- your account record: your name, email address, profile photo, notification settings, the trip you last opened, and the token that sends push notifications to your phone.
You lose access to every trip you were on. Signing in again later starts a new, empty account.
What stays
Be aware: deleting your account does not delete everything yet.
- Your place on each trip is a separate record that is currently not deleted with your account: your name, photo, phone number, emergency contact, notes, group, room and activity choices, and room and group checks. It stays in the trip until the trip is deleted.
- The messages and photos you sent in the trip's chats stay in those chats.
- Trips you organise in Pebble Creator are not deleted with your account. Delete them in theCreator first if you want them gone.
- Payment records from the Creator are kept as long as accounting and tax law require.
Getting the rest removed
To have your place on a trip, and what you left there, removed now:
- ask the trip's organiser to remove you from the trip, or to delete the trip; or
- contact us: not published yet; a contact address will be published here soon. Tell us which trips you were on.
The privacy policy says more about what Pebble keeps and for how long.
No app and no sign-in?
If you can't use the app or sign in here, email us from the address of your Pebble account:not published yet; a contact address will be published here soon. We may ask you to confirm the account is yours, and we answer within one month.
