In the browser, build the trip day by day: activities and where they happen, members and groups, hotels and who sleeps in which room, the documents your leaders need. Copy what still works from an earlier trip, and export the lot to PDF for whoever still wants paper.
During the trip · Pebble app
On iPhone and Android, travellers open Today and see what's next. Alerts, chat, places to go, who's in which room. Leaders count heads with room checks and group checks, no clipboard required.
Set up the schedule, the people and the places in Pebble Creator. The first 5 members are free, so your co-organisers can pitch in from day one.
Email each traveller an invite or let them scan a QR code. They sign in with Google or Apple and land straight in your trip.

In Pebble Creator, when you're ready to invite your travellers. You buy the extra slots there, through Stripe.
Once you've bought extra slots, the trip length is locked, so settle your dates first.
Changed your mind? You can get a refund until the day before the trip starts. Refund policy
50 people on a 5-day trip: (50 − 5) × 5 = €225.
Use whole numbers: 1 to 60 days, 1 to 1000 people.

No. The Pebble app is free to download and use. The organiser pays for any extra member slots in Pebble Creator.
Yes. The app has an offline demo trip you can open without an account, and every trip you build in Pebble Creator gets 5 member slots free, with no time limit.
€1 per extra member per trip day, on top of the 5 free ones. You pay in Pebble Creator when you add the slots, usually when you're ready to invite your travellers. After that, the trip length is locked.
Yes, until the day before the trip starts. The refund policy has the details.
Yes. Pebble Creator copies content from an earlier trip into a new one, so the trip you run every year doesn't start from scratch.
The Pebble app is in English and Dutch and follows your phone's language. Pebble Creator is in English, with its Dutch translation under way.
Only when a traveller shares a location in a chat, and then only that chat sees it. Pebble has no live tracking.
